I bought a iPad Pro 2021 256gb for 78k rs and 1 AirPods 2nd gen for 14k. And after that I found issues with camera qualities in iPad then I requested for a replacement after many arguments then they agreed for it and after receiving a new iPad I found the new iPad Pro is bend from backside but they were not agreed for the replacement they said that it’s a physical damage but I received in the same condition then that was not my fault if I paid 80k then I should be received a good product.
And AirPods also had battery issues. The right Airpod had battery drain issue then I called to apple customer care but they said we can’t do anything after 7 days please go to service centre then I went to service centre they also found the same issue then they sent it to Bangalore for testing and the Bangalore team found the issue in left airpod instead of right and replaced the left airpod then I collected it from Pune service centre after that I found the same battery drain issue in right AirPod and I took some screenshots and went to service centre again and they also found the same issue. They sent it to again Bangalore team for replacement and also attached a screenshots of issues but they didn’t found the issues and Bangalore team sent it to again Pune service centre without replacement. When I purchased it since the time my airports are there (last 3 months) they are not agreed to replacement after finding the battery issue. From last 3 months everyday I’m calling to apple care and I also escalated this issue but not able to resolve my problem. They provided the worst service, they are not customers supportive. I really fed with this.
My case I’d is[protected]. For last 3 months I continuously calling them to resolving my issues and replacement but they are ignoring me and not responding me even though I paid 83k total with tax for iPad Pro and I still facing the same issue . Was this information helpful? |
