APSEB — Voltage fluctation

To Divisional Engineer APSEB, Kakinada Sir, SUB: power Fluctuation in Ashok Nagar My house is situated in ashoknagar and is severely affected by a drop in voltage during evenings and nights resulting in lights blowing over & motors getting burnt . On complaining we get the standard answer that the lines are over loaded because of number of welding units working in the evenings.Also we were told by the lineman that load has been diverted to other area.Now we have to open the tap and increase the voltage to rectify the problem and it can be done only by the DE.We are not sure weather they have intimated you in this regard or not so i am registering complaint online Kindly do rectify this problem as we are suffering a lot in this regard Thanking you, Yours truly, M.Vijaya Lakshmi Door no:-67-7-4/11 Ashoknagar Near Andhra Bank Kakinada-533003 cell:-[protected]
