[Resolved]  Aqua Pure Plus — no service after first time

- date of incident: 22nd sept, 2017 to date

- description: after buying the one year contract, which stated 3 more services with any part replacements, no one returned even after the 6 months and several calls. There is no response other than will come tomorrow, but no one turns up. The purifier has currently stopped working and there is still no one to show up for the servicing and part replacements. This has continued for the past 15 days or so and still going.

Aquapure purifier uv -05 water leakage and short circuit may be repaired. I have purchased through safe and secure on line marketing pvt ltd vide invoice no. Ezee/2016-17/144668 dated 20/01/2017 pls do needful

I am aserving in Indian Coast Guard under Min of Defence so kindly do help to a soldier and family to have good water

Our aqua pure plus is damaged and we are requesting for service since lst three days. No service at all. Customers are harassed without service.

Very poor product is aqua pure plus pvt ltd[protected] this u r customer care number if I see the address I slap the lady 3 months go no one come to service will call again and again no response I am very angry this product i[censored] want any money come and beg me Otha pota badu
