On Friday (20/09/13), I had bought a showpiece item ( a dog statue inside a bag) & asked the Archies team to packed it properly & take precaution as the gift will be couriered outside Delhi. The Archies people gave assurance that the gift has been packed properly.

Archies Online is big cheater company. They show something else in their website and when it comes to your home, you find something else, Though, they will chagre the same price as it shown in website, only the product will be different. I would request everyone here to NOT TO SHOP ONLINE from ARCHIES ONLINE, They are big chaters.
IF no one will take actions agaisnt them, consumer will suffer and will have a total loss....

This is Mufeed Mughal, I ordered LOVE BANK on 11th Feb.'09. to Archiesonline services.
My order # AL[protected]. But still they didnt send to correct person and I am working in Dubai, I called them many times they told me we already send it.
When I called to Customer Service Centre they transfer my call to many places. They were just playing with me.

Problem 1: UNFAIR AND INTRANSPARENT ONLINE SHOPPING SYSTEM: Archies online shopping system has failed to accept my transaction @ 08:30 a.m on 11th Feb 2009.
(There is sufficient balance in my bank account and there is no problem with my bank SBI).
