I bought arg 1 bhk in jaipur two years ago and there is continuous seepage in flat even before taking possession. Repairs have not been done and even now there is seepage. The plumber who has neglected repair for past two years has been promoted to site office manager. They are now threatening residents that they will withdraw maintenance from april 17. They have taken life long maintenance upfront and were demanding more money which also i have paid in advance in 2015. This advance should have lasted for 30 months but they have exhausted in 12 months and are asking for more now. Even after paying full maintenance seepage has not been repaired.
They company is not providing support for registration. I asked them to show me draft copy of sales deed but they have not done so. There is no mechanism for feedback or complaints.
Maintenance support is very poor.
