I purchased a 1 BHK from ARG Developers. They have been delaying registration for past one year even though entire money has been paid. Their lawyer calls late in the evening and says that he is busy. Till date he has not given me time or date for registration. He was asking legal fees in cash even during demonetization. There is no value being provided for the legal fees. I have been asking to show me draft of sale deed but they have refused to provide.
ARG treats owners of 1BHK very badly. Their preference is for people who have 10-12 flats booked in their building. There is no maintenance support. I have seepage problem which is not being treated, quality of fixtures is very poor and maintenance is refusing to change. Their is no mechanism for taking feedback/complaints of customers.
