I purchased a Set up Box for Digital TV connection on 23rd September 2008 with one year warranty. I also paid for one year subscription.
The set up box stopped functioning on Wednesday 14th May 2008. We registered a complaint with their Complaints section (Tel. No.[protected]. No action was taken.
I registered a complaint again on 15th May 2008. This time a complaint Number was issued - AD5/5201.
To date, no action...
