I requested for a 20GB top up for my broadband connection through Asinet's web portal on 31st May. Since they didn't activate it I called and requested for it again. Instead activating 20GB, Asianet activated a 50GB top up and provided bill for the same. I have sent the mail on the same day within an hour rectify it. But they haven't done anything about it till now. Instead I received a message to pay the bill of INR 238.
