I have asianet fiber broadband connection. Subscriber code:[protected]. I paid my monthly subscription through online link that the company have sent through sms. But my payment failed and money got debited from my debit card. (594 rupee). I called and called customer care number and the customer care always said another executive will call from a different number to resolve my issue. But the call never came. If asianet cannot provide proper service then why they are doing business. This is the worst customer service ever. Our money matter too.
