I went to Kandivali - East ticket window. A very senior ticket sales executive did something to the ATVM smart card and said it will get reactivated after 24 hours. Right now my ATVM is temporarily disabled.

My ATVM smart card was changed by railway ticketing staff at Kandivali station booking office at no extra cost so now its working fine on[protected].

My atvm card no. is 0295269 & i am traveling BARDDHAMAN to DURGAPUR on 15.12.2018 . on BARDDHAMAN station i have use my atvm card rs. 25/- minus from card but ticket print not available from atvm machine. How can solve this problem.

So I went to the ticket counter where I was charged Rs.15/- for duplicate smart cards still it didn't work even after follow up with the same person who changed my card. I even tried at Kandivali station ticket counter to resolve the issue the next day on 1st June, 2015 around 10:00 am but the issue was not resolved. The operator said it was all good from his side but you can buy a new card.
