I placed an order for 3 sleepsuits - carter's on july 1st 2016. Order no by917629

Received the package today - july 11th 2016. 1 of the suits i received has stains in several places, it appears to have been washed (Several times), faded yet has a tag in place - mom and me tag. The other 2 suits which are in a new condition (As expected) have a carter's tag.

I have been trying to contact the customer care but i just dont get connected. It's as though they are shut down. It is terribly unprofessional and equivalent to committing fraud. They need to be accountable.

I've followed up by mail. No response till now.

I would like a refund or an exchange with a "new" item.

All the time I call to the customer care it would never connect to the

representatives .pathetic customer care.got frustrated calling
.
Also the website was showing the wrong city name if I type the pincode of my

city.Also the tracking system of the website is not showing any details of the

package wherabouts
