[Resolved] Bafel — fraud business model in franchise

They trap you in the name of being a part of successful franchise and take hefty amount and make false promise you to give huge returns however, you get trapped once you handover the amount. They give you one sided contract and force you to sign on it. They force you to pay monthly part of income and in case you fail then they start forcing you to handover the center to head office. When you do not get returns on your investment then only option is to leave center and accept huge loss but they would not leave you in your lose too and force you to pay 5-6 lakhs for premature surrender. Once you raise your voice against them then they will drag you into false molestation charges and you will be forced to accept all demands. Their business model is totally failed and fraud. There is an association which stood up legally against fraud business practices of bafel.

Bafel Customer Care's response Dear Sumit Rana 2022, BAFEL has no records of a franchise client with your name/credentials. Please share your genuine contact details. We are reporting this matter to the police and other concerned authorities because you seem to be a fraud, maligning the name of a 19-year-old reputed brand.

We are a very happy franchise of BAFEL, we have recently renewed our contract for another 3 years and get very good support. You must be a defaulter, so you are showing your revenge with BAFEL.
