Bags Planet — product not delivered and also not refund money

Date ordered: 13/11/2017

The order was confirmed on 13th november 2017 via debit card payment amount is 1558/- and order dispatched a few days later but its been over a month and i havent received it yet.
I have sent multiple emails and inquiries but they have never responded with any answer. They don't even have a phone number on their website. They have essentially stolen my money. I want a complete refund of my money.

Please do need full.
