I ordered set of 2 bags from bagsplanet after seeing their advert on instagram. Am such a fool that even after seeing that they don't have cod option for payment i just ordered. Payment was made via instamojo. On 23rd dec 2017 i got email from them that the order is approved and the shipment will be dispatched by jan 2nd. Order 18673. After that email no communication from them. No contact number and no online help. Hard earned money is looted by online fraudsters. Any way to catch them?
