I bought one product Portronics Sound Drum Bluetooth Speaker worth Rs 1149/- after some discounts on 12th Oct 2021 and then this Co Bajaao.com delivered me the product after one week which was defective and was not working at all. When raising this problem with Bajaao team, the After Sales Service Staff refused to replace this product and told us to take service from Brand directly. Then after long arguments and their so called 15 days Replacement & 2 years warranty service listed on their website, they agreed to replace this product and arranged for a Reverse pickup thru Delhivery Courier who picked up this product after 3-4 days chasing with Bajaao Team on 27th Oct 2021 and then after daily followup, Bajaao Team confirmed verbally that this product has reached on 2nd Nov 2021 to their Thane Warehouse. They kept on giving false commitments that once the product reaches their warehouse the Refund will be issued/initiated immediately.
But till day they are just avoiding all calls and not coming on line nor Refunding my MONEY of Rs 1149/-
Request you to kindly help me in getting my Refund from this FRAUD and CHEAT Co - BAJAAO.com
All their staffs are BIG LIAR, CHEATS, THUGS.
Kindly take some Strong Legal action against this Co so that other Customers don't get cheated with their hard earned money. from this FRAUD Co. Was this information helpful? |
