I bought a headphone from this website last year. It stopped working last week. I have been trying to contact them, but the customer service no. is always switched off, and no one is replying to the email. It is still under warranty for repair.
Date of incident, when the headphones stopped working was last week- 30th July 2020.
Date I first tried contacting them was 3rd August 2020.
I would like my headphones to be repaired or replaced.
