I have purchased symphony I-55 diet cooler on March 6th on the day of delivery I informed to Bajaj gajuwaka team about the non-functioning of cooler option in the cooler but they were very rude to me especially front office female executive. She simply told me that it’s not our headache if you received a damaged product. I was shocked after that response. It’s been a week but I didn’t get any response from Bajaj electronics gajuwaka team. I felt very pathetic after receiving that kind of response from the team.
As it’s not fault and I received a damaged product I need Bajaj Team to look into this and replace the damaged product.
