The reason for keeping the trailing mail with this mail is sheer frustration of how your automated system behaves making total harassment to consumers.
On this Sunday I had approached Furniture Plaza Kalyan to purchase a Godrej Almira urgently since I was moving out of station and wanted to safely keep my costly belongings.But when your agent swiped the card, the card was blocked and I was continuously receiving messages for entering correct pin which was not the case. The agent entered whatever info, only twice. Your fellow at other end told the Bajaj Ahent that card can only be unblocked after 48 hrs. I could not made the purchase and was totally frustrated. Repeated requests for unblocking card (of no fault of mine) were rudely rebuffed.I am enclosing snapshots of your silly system log which shows login attempts which never happened.
Also you can see how glitch in your system deprived me of the purchase, while immediately I logged into my account and there it was showing the EMI card status as Active.I shown this to your representative at shop but he did not botherand asked me to wait for 48 hrs after which card will be unblocked.
Please go through the trailing mail where i had already suffered the same.
Pl tell that such things will keep on repeating or will you pl. rectify your automated system. Also pl. inform the real status of my card.
Moreover you people are constantly pestering my mail account for some personal loans, which I do not require.Is this the reason that you treat your customers like this.
