with reference to the above subject, please find my loan detail below mentioned
Consumer Durrable loan : 4040CD[protected] Rs.14, 600 (Paid By Cash)
Consumer Durrable loan : 4040CD[protected] Rs. 21, 900 (Paid By Cash)
why Cash Payment?:for EMI Diduction i had given bank details for ECS at State Bank of travan core, after 3 months EMI diduction i was unable to maintin balance at SBT so, the same informed to customer care that give any other alternate solution or please change it SBI or ICICI bank
they said we are not able to change your ECS to othe bank and you can pay bay cahs to our executive which i have doe the same.
Problem : above mentiond loan details, i have taken lin 2012 which is closed in 2013 now they are asking that you need to pay late payment fees and and check bouncing charges Rs.14691/-
I;m getting a call s from below mentioned numbers that saying that i'm lawyer calling from delhi high court.

After taken bajaj customer exective suggestion only i have done by cash payment to Bajaj executive person (Mr.Manjunath - RT Nagar, Bangalore - Payment collector)
please help me out or give suggestion what should i do ? should i do this payment ?
