Hello friends i have filed many complaints against M/s Bajwa Developers against his illegal acts. This Company is habitual of doing illegal acts by not deleivering possession and then harassing people. Now the law is clear that the builder has to pay interest @12 % per annum for non delivery of possession along with compensation for harassment and litigation costs.
