Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Waiting for NOC and Allotment Letter - for more than 50 days!

Hi,

My name is R Srikrishna Rao. I had booked a flat at BDA's Kanminike phase 3 site in Kumbalgodu. This process was done through online booking.

The initial deposit was made through NEFT on May 17, 2021. Since BDA was closed due to lockdown in Karnataka, I visited BDA office and submitted the application along all my documents on June 28, 2021.

Unfortunately, after more than 45 days, I still don't have an update on the NOC and allotment letter. Can someone provide me a status regarding this?

Also, BDA officials seems to be releasing my telephone numbers to various bank for loan purposes and I have started getting calls from them. If the NOC and allotment letter is still not made available to me, how can BDA release my details to Banks?? I find this as breach of trust.

I request someone to help in getting the NOC and allotment letters, so that I can complete the formalities soon. Everything else is ready from my side, including loan processing. Hope to receive a resolution soon.
