Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Without Registration BDA SMALL Piece of Land

26th Main Road, 3rd cross sreenivas nagar Nandini layout, Near Aata Paata Pre school

I have a complaint on Single Parent lady Land owner, she has Raised solid wall compound next to her own house, without any legal paper documents and she tells everyone she wants to buy at any cost,

My Question to BDA OFFICERS sir
Without Registration how anybody can Raised the wall,
This single Parent lady past 2 years without any legal documents she don't have and she raised solid bricks compound,
Why BDA not taken any action in last 2 Years.

Why No Responsibility?
