I have raised a complaint regarding annual maintenance charges for my classic BOI debit card being deducted twice. I have called BOI customer care, then my branch customer care, then again to their admin manager. But all of whom could not give a single correct resolution to my issue. They said to send a mail with my details, which I have done immediately. It has been 6 days and there is still neither any response from them nor any resolution. I checked in their website only that that will deduct ₹ 150/- + GST for my card. But they have deducted nearly ₹ 295/- from my account. They do not intimate us through any channel about the charges before deducting them.
Worst customer care and worst bank.
I am still waiting for my resolution, BANK OF INDIA. At least try living up to your tagline and maintain proper relationships with your customers. Was this information helpful? |
