I booked table for 2 at 8:30 PM on 28th June, 2022 through Dineout by paying in advance. On arriving at time, the branch Manager (Mr Mohit Mishra) asked me to wait for 20 minutes and booked a slot for 9:15 PM, there was no response from there side while I was waiting outside their branch. Later they said we don't have space and you can wait till 10:00 PM while we arrange table for you which ultimately at 9:30 PM they asked to leave the restaurant because they have no available table. Upon asking for refund Mr Mohit said to contact their customer support if I have a problem.
As an immediate solution, I am looking for a Dineout refund back to source account (which BBQ has denied against a confirmed booking). Next I would like to raise concerns regarding the behaviour of your BBQ, Wakad Branch Manager (Mr Mohit Mishra). He was very very rude and egoistic with no customer eccentricity. I waited for 2 hours against my confirmed booking and against his promises of providing table, I went back home empty stomach. On top the deal that I purchased was non refundable.
