I made an order with the online store of Basics Life on October 24, 2021 for a shirt. This was already delivered late November 2, 2021 against the mentioned date of October 27, 2021. This was also fine, until I placed a return/exchange on their online store for a smaller size (L). Any amounts of calls to either Basics Life or the courier partner were of no use. Finally after sending an email on Nov 7, 2021, I somehow received a response that my order will be picked up for return/exchange (God knows what they have understood when I've clearly mentioned it is to be exchanged). From then till now, I've been sending emails to them on their support e-mail ID but absolutely no response. I'd like to either have the product exchanged or the amount refunded to my account within this week. It's almost a month for a petty order which the merchant couldn't fulfil.
