Baskaran — Refund processed by makemy Trip 50% only against Airline refund amount

Dear Customer care,
Sub: Makemy Trip processed 50% only against airline refund .

My flight was cancelled by Airline and not by me,
Then why are you deducting airline fee and your convenience fee .
Infact, . you should pay an additional Rs 2000/ for my additional last minute booking to another airline .
I already suffered a lot and you are deducting the same for your failures and airline failures .
Also, the Airline sent an invoice for the amount of Rs 3461. ( the mail content is attached)
But you are refunding only 50% of the amount
What is going on on Makemytrip ?Are you supporting the customer or pulling all my amount ?
Please refund full amount including the convenience fee, since this is not my cancellation and not my mistake
