Hi Team,
I was trying to order a product via BATA online portal but the order got failed and the amount got debited from my account, I am trying to get back the debited amount for the past one month but there is no proper response from the BATA team I have attached the sample mail which I received from them. Whenever I tried reaching customer support getting the same reply from the BATA team and the issue was not yet resolved. Kindly help to fix this issue
