Hi my name is Sushmith Gade. I have an account in Betway my id is sushican.
I have deposited 50000 rs from paytm upi in my Betway account on 6th September but I have not got the money in my Betway account . It’s more than 16 days now .
I contacted betway support via chat and everytime they say issue escalated to concerned team and closing my case and sending email stating please allow 7 working days to get your money credited back. So I am writing here so that I can get my money back

I am facing the same problem, i deposited on 25sep, amount debited from bank but not credited to betway account, If your problem is resolved, please advise
