Hi this is a female writing from Hyderabad. There is a person Mr Sameer assigned to us who has not done any proper planning. He is very rude and donot have any manners how to speak with ladies. We donot want any booking with Bharath bookings. We had our advance which was for a cancelled kashmir trip, that's the reason there are very neglegant. Address this on priority.
