With reference to the complaint number mentioned in the subject line of this message, no further action appears to have been taken in this regard.
I am writing on behalf of my father who is currently resident with me and we are yet to be contacted by the airtel representatives despite this complaint having been filed on july 9, 2018.
Usually, on receipt of an oral complaint, airtel is known to take action immediately to resolve the issue within 24 hours. However, this time they have not even contacted the number.

We request immediate action in this regard as the number given is vital for all our communication needs.
