My customer id : [protected]
I bought a new Airtel DTH connection (registered through online).
I am not able to call [protected] to activate DTH from my end. This is the problem with my registered mobile network service. (MTS : [protected]); They don't have tie up with this toll free number.
?
Even if try contacting Airtel from other network mobile no; Customer care is forcing me to call from my registered mobile to that toll free number.
I dont know the objective here; why Airtel is forcing to use that toll free number
So could you please tell me some other way to activate DTH Service ?
Or could you take this mail as a request and activate my DTH service?
