Its been 3 months since I have taken connection for Airtel broadband. I have a 120Gb 8mbps connection in C-scheme Jaipur.
Since the start the speed is never as good as promised, baring a few rare instances the speed never reached 8mbps, that was also before or after office hours i.e before 11 AM or after 6PM.
i have registered complaints with the office a lot of times almost daily to no avail.
The customer care people promise you 24hrs and thats it.
The engineer, Mr. Sandeep has visited 4-5 times and haplessly takes some test sends screen shots to mail and goes away without resolving.
The In-charge Mr. Dharam singh when asked says we cannot do anything as its the other department which needs to do its work before we can do anything else.
I have been continuing to pay the bill on the goodwill of the company but now the speeds have gone from avg 4-5 MBPS to 1-2 Mbps even when the quota for high speed data is full.
Please advice how to proceed. I would like full refund including the money paid for previous months if airtel is unable to resolve and continue providing proper services soon.
