I tried to recharge my no through IVR selection. I was asked to press 1 for offers & I continued the same. 3 plans were told & it further asked me to press 1 to subscribe, when I did directly 799 plan was activated where as i wanted to subscribe for 899 plan. I had not given chance to select desired plan.
Spoke to customer care they dint resolve further they said to forward a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com you will get a reply in 24 hours& I have not received any reply.
Customer care service was pathetic. Airtel is just looting our money. & upon that customer care blaimed back it on me, & they said they cannot cancel the plan but another person from customer care said they will cancel it and refund it. I have not received any refund yet or plan has been cancelled. Was this information helpful? |
