Bharti Axa — Policy Cancellation for Elite Advantage plan

I had taken advantage elite policy in Dec 20 2020 but commitment by agent was all false which i got to know when i gone thru the soft copy of policy document. It was my bad luck that i didn't get proper response from customer service on the request for cancellation within the free look proud. visited after my free look up period and i had already made payment of 1.25lacs (Full premium).

I tried all the ways to cancel the policy but emailing to BHARTI AXA greivances team and there is no reply from them. Now after year i'm getting call from bharti axa to pay premium of my policy or else it will go in lapse state. Now i just with bharti and got to know it is in lapse status
