addition of non purchased item to the bill several times

This incident took place in big bazaar at the phoenix market city, chennai on the 9th of april. When reached home and checked the bill, additional items were added which were not purchased by me and that too three times thinking that the consumer will not notice. I have added the copy of the bill for further details.
Please take needful action so that others dont suffer the same....

I had purchased a few garments from big bazaar fab on april 1st. I forgot to take the bill after punching as it was very crowded. The top got shrunk after the 1st wash, and is of no use now. Fbb refuses to replace it, saying you lost the bill. However, it's bought from them, i know the time and have transaction message. Why would it not be possible to create another bill and replace....

Big bazaar send sms too frequently. I don't want to receive any messages from big bazaar henceforth. It's too irritating. I don't shop from big bazaar so frequently. And the sms keep popping on my cellphone screen. It's very irritating to receive so many sms which i seriously have no use of. They send at least 20 sms per day. So it's very irritating. Now i'm done with it. Don't want to receive such sms. Big bazaar should stop irritating people...

I am Archana Singh, Yesterday I did shopping from Big Bazaar Davangere Store. There I bought Maggi Atta Noodles 75gm and It was mentioned on pack that Mexican Atta Noodles cost Rs.19 is free with that pack but I didn't get that free item.
I know this will be small thing but it shows that cheating to your customer. So, Please try to resolve this problem....

sms spamming

Big Bazaar won't stop me sending spam SMS for no reason. I followed some online described steps to unsubscribe, but it won't work.

I tried going to their website and filling out an unsubscribe form, but it won't submit!

I also tried the CUSTOMER CARE number displayed on their website ([protected]) but it says the number is not valid (WTF)!

Now I'm really pissed off and trying THIS...

unwanted sms

Every day i am getting the unnecessary promotional offer sms from future bazaar (Big bazar) on my phone ([protected]) that i don't wish to receive. Such sms alerts are highly annoying.

I have also resorted to the option of sending a sms mentioning "dealz no" to 575758 on 28.3.2018. It charged rs 3 but still no help.
So please stop it immediately.
The last resort would be an action at consumer court....

misleading discount price

Iam extremely unhappy with the fraud offer displayed on "demnt olive oil 21 b". I brought olive oil on 29.12.17.

Its displayed at olive oil counter 50% off, we confirmed from the staff, but at the time of billing, he said no offer on olive oil. He full charged on olive oil. overbilling- 1 item extra in the bill

We had bought 5 men's shorts (SPUNK) while when we checked after reaching home, we have been billed for 6 such shorts.

Also, every other apparel has been mentioned one-by-one, while in one place quantity of shorts is mentioned to be 2.

We trust Big Bazaar and hence don't generally check the bill at the outlet.

Please look into the matter and revert as soon as possible....

I have buyed 24 new profit club card, they told if you swipe the card with shopping of 3000, you will get 100 cash back for 10 months from 12th march

But when the time comes, they have not given 100 cash back + now they are asking for the proof of the bill,

On 24/02/18 i went to bigbazar liluah to buy a clothing accessories. But in the cash counter when i m doing my paymmet via upi transaction linked with dbs bank it showed timed out and of rs 999.00 was debited from my account. When i consulted the bigbazar representative they said me that the amount of 999.00 will be refunded to you in 48hours but it is more than a week till now i have not received my refundable amount....
