I purchased bathroom fittings from Home town (Thane) SO NO: [protected] on Aug 5, 2012 with expected delivery date as Aug 13, 2012. I am writing this on Aug 28, 2012 and it is still not delivered. Despite repeated calls and visit to the store, they are promising false dates. I am not sure who will bear the cost of delay. I advise people not to purchase any item from this store....

I am writing this complaint after repeated visit to outlet at Gomti Nagar-Lucknow in Riverside Mall. I purchased goods which was worth greater than ₹ 1201, as a result i was given lucky draw coupon.
