Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership Card Refund Shubham

I had bought the membership card from Big Bazaar, Mathura branch in November 2021 for 10, 000. I have used it only once since then and rest all balance is still pending. I recently want to a mall to buy some groceries with the card and i was informed that big bazaar has been sold to Reliance. The reliance stores are not accepting these cards.

Itried contacting big bazaar customer care on their toll free number and email but no response. Please help me with the refund of my card. Please direct me to the person who can help me with my refund.
