Went to the store for checking the cashback committed against purchase higher than Rs. 8000/-. While submitting the complaint to Abhijeet Kumar, he was arrogant and rude and went to a level of shouting and remarking that he is not my employee to listen. When asked to pen down the complaint he straight away refused to take the complaint imparting much of a insult to me as a customer. Moreover, exposing Big Bazaar's attitude towards it's customer. I had to return without giving any feedback, and much of a agony. I, being a customer who atleast spends more than Rs. 10000/- a month in Big Bazaar, am really disturbed on this fact and seek a stern action against Abhijeet Kumar, who leave caring, doesn't even treat customer as Human.
Please let me know if any further details are required from my side to initiate action against such a arrogant employee who doesn't even bother to put Big Bazaar's reputation at stake.
