Dear Future pay team,

Big Bazaar have mentioned a offer to shop a jeans of Rs. 999 or more on "National Jeans Day" and get a T-Shirt worth Rs. 499/- and Rs. 250 cashback into future pay wallet in the month of January and February respectively, but monthly cashback has not received till now. Shopping was done on 16th December 2018 as per your terms i should receive cash back on 1st January but till now nothing is credited. Future Pay team is not proactive in crediting the cashback to customer. I had called you and the complaint no. is BB[protected] but no solution has received till now.
