On dated 14/08/19, i have visited bigbazaar located at kankariya, ahmedabad & purchased products worth rs. 6, 596/-
(My invoice no : [protected] & transaction no: 54060)
At the time of billing cashier done a mistake & he didn't applied paytm promo code where i suppose to get benefits of rs. 1200/-.
He told me promo code applied but cashback wasn't received so i waited at billing desk for 15 minutes & 3 times i given my mobile to him for rechecking. At the end he said its done & you will receive cash back in paytm within 24 hr.
On 16/8/19 cashier accepted that it was his mistake & he forgot to apply code. And told me to visit bigbazaar again, we will arrange to adjust your loss.
I visited bigbazaar again but instead of fulfilling their words his manager (Rahul g. Rajput) started talking arrogantly, behaved badly & given me reckless answers.
He told me that "you can fight with cashier, if cashier is ready to give you money from his pocket then take it or else you can do whatever you would like tk do. We don't care."
I also mailed to bigbazaar but till yet problem not resolved.
