I purchased 27 pc crockery set from online big bazaar website on 25th January and received it on 29th January. When I opened packet few plates were broken. I immediately called customer care and they said my problem will be solved. But since last 11 days I am daily calling customer care and sending emails, but still no response from big bazaar team

Updated by dranilkumarpoonia I write to you on 9th Feb, I have not received any reply from your side and same thing is happening with big bazaar customer care service, no one is replying. Very bad experience with big bazaar and will not advice anyone to shop with big bazaar.
