Kindly, help me to get refund of my hard earned money from Bigbazaar. More than 30k stuck with them in fbb profit club card. I own 4 cards from fbb bigbazzar.
I have been calling their customer care from february 28, 2022. They were saying wait for 7 days and then started to say 15 days on subsequent calls. Then eventually store was closed and take over started by RIL to fraud both customers and bankers.
Immediately, the customer care was closed and their email id stopped working. I tried all email id's of future group and most of them are bouncing back... tried fbb customer care which also stopped working now. I did placed the request timely but even after more than 15 days no proper communication to setttle the funds received.
I will file a consumer complaint as well as you can not run by stealing our hard earned money. Either give my money asap or allow us shop from the possible sources to recover the funds.
Hoping for a resolution asap else will file complaint with consumer forum this week in person.

I have placed my request for refund on April 18, post which no response has been received except acknowledging ny request.

I have been chasing big bazaar customer care from 28 February for shopping and getting clarity on future possibilities of shopping, i called more than 10 times and they responded weight for 7 days or 2 weeks. You will be notified. Then, all of sudden RIL take over of stores on pretext of stock count. Thereby impacting millions of customers whose money was stuck in fbb cards and creditors as well.
I need my money back.
I have already shared all details with you for refund of my more than 30k stuck with bigbazaar. Now even customer care contact is not operational to ask for an answer. What have happened is sad where RIL took over things with due discussions with big bazaar without offering any help to consumers who are affected.
I need my hard earned money.
