I have attempted twice to purchase items from Big Bazaar through Future Pay App. Both of the time it shows payment successful and deducted money from my account but finally your App shows payment awaiting and order not placed and also did not receive the items.
However, money has been deducted from my account. Total money deducted is 2255/- in two transactions.
I request you to please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible to my respective account.
