Complaint marked as Resolved After submission of complaint I got a phone call from the concerned store within 2 days that my refund has been initiated and will be credited within 7 working days. It was the same person who sent the mail regarding the issue to their head office. Amount was credited on 01-12-19. Thanks for your support.
