I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card- [protected] in which my 9000 Rs amount is left. But without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
I had been shared all the documents asked by you on[protected] via email. Since then its been two months and I haven't received the refund in my account yet. So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible.
You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance.
Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore.
So this is fraud and you are not reachable anyway.
