This is to bring to your notice that i "kumar gunjan anand" own two profit club card, and usually do shopping using the same. I have been a customer of big bazaar since at least ten years and had never any complains regarding services and any products ever. But this time i have to write as i found myself cheated by one of the policy of yours.
I did shopping while some cash-back scheme as going in the month of september 2019 and for the same the cash-back was to be done after to days. Out of curiousity i used to check on and off but i never get to see the wallet is reflecting any sum.in the mid of october when i went for shopping againg i used my wallet and still it was not reflecting in my wallet. I raised the concerns to the customer care and they said it will get updated in 24 hrs from now. And after that day i forgot to enquire about the case.
The day before yesterday an sms prompted in my phone stating that my cashback have expired. Don't you think its a case of real trap. I want to raise few concerns
1. Cashbback is my money as a member of profit club it should expire once after the card (Profit club) gets expired.
2. If wallet in not showing any credit then how come customer gets the responsibility to bear the loss...
3. There should be proper notification regarding the cash-back in the wallet.
4. Last but not least the scheme should be proper explained to a customer.
I have attached photos which is clearly showing that after the date of cashback as per app screen shot i have visited multiple times to your store and made payment through the future pay wallet as well as profit club card.. Which clearly proves that no cashback was showing in the wallet...
I hope being a big brand this kind of cheat should not be repeated and customer should get their rights without any question.
