I have still not received Free Home Delivery Of The Sky bag that i have purchased on 10th Aug 2019. After several calls from my end to the service center i have just received the ticket number .i.e ref no

These are my number I have been gave fake commitments from your store for purchasing the BAG just for completing their & store targets. I have done the complete payment, as i was assured that the bag would be given free home delivery just after 15 Aug 2019. Due to its unavailability in the store. Is been 12 long days and no bag but only delays. I have done several request to provide the bag as soon as possible but on got the above mentioned ref numbers. I am just tired of the fake commitments given as i have not receive any call from the store till now and neither any of the store head is contacting me. Also the number provided [protected] on my bill is never attended by any staff. I require resolution by today EOD.
