I was in the big bazar, mahagun mall, vaishali today.
The executive name in the invoice is ankit kumar, till no 9, memo no. 0020808. I have purchased the clothes of ₹ 5507 for my family.
Once the bar codes are scanned, executive javed asked me for the bag and after confirmation he asked me to put clothes in the bag. I have asked him to call some one to atleast gold the clothes properly and then put in the carry bag. The way he reached was not acceptable, he casually said no one is available.
I have to put the clothes in the carry bag my self and he started attending another customer. That was still ok, i have searched for the customer care for his complaint. The customer care is more casual than the executive. He said sir this is not possible. I have asked for the procedure to submit the complaints so he was not listening to me and started working some other work. I feel so humiliated. I want to know for a customer who is doing the shopping of 5k, is not worth enough to give some kind of attention and to listen to him or his compliant.
Next time on wards i will keep this in mind not to shop any thing from big bazar and will suggest same to my friends and relatives as well.
Such a big brand and this kind of attitude of the customer care and they counter executive.
