We bought a keypad mobile from big c store in MVP colony, vizag yesterday, only to find out it was not a usb charging model phone while we never asked for it. We were given a wrong phone and after noticing we went back within 24 hrs to return or exchange, the supervisor in the store totally denied and spoke about some irrelevant rules. Itseemed they are not bothered about customer need but only cared about clearing their stock. We even called number of times the customer care number from the spot to raise this issue but no response for the same. We feel cheated and never expected such worst customer service from popular store like this that maintains so many branches with huge publicity. I hope the issued to be resolved asap, otherwise would be helpless to post my experience in feedback in future Was this information helpful? |
