I had ordered two creams via order no.[protected] but i received a mail stating that the your order has been cancelled due to non availability of products. Now as the money has been debited it should be refunded to me which is not being done till date . I had ordered the products on 8th sep 2016. The total amount of my order was Rs 855/-.
I have tried the customer care no. Zillion times but it is out of order. Apart from this I have given so many reminders but no reply has received by them till date.
Strict action should be taken agains these people who are forging people and taking away the hardship money without giving the product Was this information helpful? |
